Another Close Call.

I swear….Eve got out again last night. my dogs are becoming so smart. i have a very unique latch for the gate you have to push on it lift it and then open it. my dogs have learned how to work together and open it. jack leans on it. Eve pushes it up with her snout. and the door opens but this time i had a chain around it too. i really didn’t know if it was them that opened it or i didn’t close it right or what. so the chain was on it from stopping it from opening all the way. and wouldn’t you know it they opened it and eve being so skinny squeezed though the 6 inch gap. this was twenty min before we were going to go walk them and let them run around. so we don’t even know that she is gone our neigbors from down the way called us. telling us our dog is at there house running around. luckliy they love dogs and they were jsut playing with her and happy that she came right over instead playing in the street. sigh….close call i have every opening chained shut so nothing can be opened.

That was a close one.

Last night when christina and i were pulling into the drive way we saw a white blur go around our neighbors house. Our hearts stopped cause it was eve our great pyrenees. both of them got out of there kennel some how. They were just running around having a blast. the scary part was we live on a very busy road. they would of been hit if they would have gone anywhere near it cause they would just walk right into traffic. luckily they were just fine. so we decided to let them go play in the back since they were already out and about. they really didn’t want to go back in there kennel.

Right now they are blowing there coats. They are loosing so much hair is rediculus to the point where i thought something was wrong with them that they are loosing all there hair. but christina reasured me thats what they do. so i never got so much hair off a dog in my whole life. this was just eve not jack.

 

so after they all got brushed we let them run and when i let go of Eves leash she was off like a bolt of lightning. and here is a great pic of i got of here running around having a blast.
