MouseHunt. yeah you probabliy never heard of it. but its the most addiciting game i have ever played. Sometimes games don’t have to have the sweetest graphics to be a awesome game. cause quite honestly this game has no graphics there is really nice renderings of mice and traps and thats it. MouseHunt is a facebook game. the best way i can describe it is to just copy and paste how they discribe it.
MouseHunt is a passive game that is meant as something fun to check every 15 minutes while surfing the web, browsing profiles or doing some work. MouseHunt is not a ’sit and watch‘ type of game, but rather a ’come back and check your progress later‘ game.
The game works just like a real life trap: Set up your trap, bait your trap, check back later!
Its pretty great the start out is really boring you catching little white mice and brown mice. But after a few weeks it starts to get good and you start catching Pirate Mice. yeah Pirate Mice. then you get better traps and better cheese and start traveling to different places and you catch crazy awesome mice. here are a few. of my favorites

yeah thats just some of the few awesome ones. but its super addicting if you OCD this is not a game for you. cause you will be up all night waiting ever 15min. But I have started to model these crazy traps. When i have down time at home. Mostly cause they are a challenge trying to model something that you only have one picture of at a 3/4 angle shot. Its hard. Really Hard sometimes. So anyway i started to model these things and posted on the forums to show people. Then something happened I never thought would happen. Everyone Blew up my Post. I mean i got like 5 pages of responses saying how much they loved it. Even the guy that drew the image i am modeling said he really liked it. It was pretty sweet but this is my latest game. I really recommend you adding this game to your facebook if you have one. you only have to check your trap once a day.
Willow Tree Angel. they are figurines that say so much without the face. I get these figurines for christina for special occasions and she gets them for me too. really love them they are amazing figures. mainly cause there is so much emotion and story behind every one of them. and they have no face. i think i really appreciate them so much cause in everyone of my drawing classes in college they taught if you can make the person understand and feel all the emotion before you draw the face you have done your job. a tilt of the head the angle of the hands its all added together to make the perfect emotion. well i just bought christina the one above for her Birthday. its a woman holding her pregnant belly. At first christina thought they were creepy which i can understand a person with out a face then they grew on her. once you study it and see all the feelings behind it you start to appreciate them. check them out.
So This is what happens when we have a half day of work on christmas eve. the whole thing was just i set up the camera and take pictures of scott he did it all off the top of his head. we didn’t think much out we just wanted to test it out. just incase you don’t know what you are looking at. this is stop motion it is all done with my new camera. i take a picture he moves a little bit take a picture and keep repeating. this animation for those of you that do know what you are looking at was about 410 frames and its running on 6 FPS. (not explaining.)
Yeah so i realized i have not even wrote on my blog what i got for x-mas. so i didn’t get my Nikon D40 for x-mas. I did get a Nikon D60. yeah i got the one above that. I have an amazing wife that got me this amazing camera. Its great i got the D60 with the Nikon VR 15mm-55mm lens & Nikon 55mm-200mm lens too. along oh thats not it people. I thought that was it but christina went and got me more stuff to go with my new Fancy & Dandy camera. she also got me a new tripod with is a good one to start out with. then she got me the camera bag i was really wanting the lowpro slingshot 200AW. This bag is amazing i love it its easy to use i can access all the things in my bag with out taking it off it just slings around to the front and easy to open and access.
so then i was like YAY! but the kit she got me also included a year subscription to PC Photo. something to help me learn how to use the little things like photography. ha ha. but i know you already know how much I love photography and this is my ticket into making a hobby into a obsession. he he. so my wonderful wife got me all these things so i have something really good to take pictures of my wonderful child that will be coming to our lives in a few months. so be prepared to start seeing me posting pictures and random things of photography now.
So i am still up in the air about this but i don’t know i will have to see how it goes. But i am going to start writing a journal everyday… yeah. i don’t know if its going to work out either but i am going to use it as a challenge. my grammar is sooo horrible which i am sure that you know if you have ever truly read anything i have posted. but the biggest thing is my spelling. i want to improve it and relying on spell check all the time is not that helpful its more of crutch. But I really don’t know if I will like it or love it. i figured if i write something in it everyday no matter what and try to fill a page with is maybe 75 words. (not very big pages) It would help and refuse to spell things wrong. use a dictionary or word-speller just as long as i write it and learn it. i figure that will help me in some way. plus this coming year there is going to be a lot of things happening in my life. Life changing things that i may want to remember. plus i am not the most …. what’s the word….. eloquent person when it comes to words. so hopefully this might help as well. so the more and more I am thinking about the more i like the idea but we will see. i might do it for a week and quit who knows.
I’m sorry i am not being PC am I? I don’t say happy holidays or season greetings. i never have and i never will. I think it has gotten so ridiculous on how things have became now. you can’t say merry christmas to someone cause they might get offended. might sue. or better yet not ever do business with you again cause of it. i bring this up cause i just got done with our company christmas cards every year i want to put merry christmas but we have to do seasons greeting from your friends at ….. I don’t ever hear someone not say Happy 4th of July wait no!! he might have been born in russia. better just say happy july. that way we don’t discriminate the rest of the days in july and offend any legal foreigners. its a national holiday that means our government believes in christmas and saying merry christmas is OK to say to uncle same but not your neighbor cause he might not approve of your holiday. I don’t understand how we got here to begin with. I really don’t. I have always said Merry Christmas always and not once has someone said something besides Merry Christmas to you too. its always the few that ruin it for the crowd there was some penile jerk that said i don’t believe in christmas so i will sue the next person that wishes me a Merry Christmas. BAM the birth of a douche bag. sorry that wasn’t nice. if you don’t believe in something fine i am not saying there is something wrong with that. its when you have a problem with what i have to say. if you want to wish me a happy hanukkah thats fine i will tell you I’m not jewish but thank you any way. well thats it.
So I have been working away at some effects and designs. The only thing is when i do something it doesn’t really mean squat unless you see all of the animation so i created a MeaD’s Blog YouTube. Mostly cause i forgot the login to my old account that i use to post to….yeah. So here it is people. i will start posting all my animations up on this page. all my test renders and effects that i work on so enjoy.
i have been soo busy lately. with all the damage to the property due to the wind storm i have been put way behind on all my things i want to get done. the storm ripped about 30 some trees down on my property. 11 of those trees you probably couldn’t even rap your arms around them. So my dad has been helping me cut all of the trees up and ive been stacking them and getting ready to sell them. make some cash off of this disaster. So since my dad has been helping me so much i helped him all this past weekend. he is adding on to his house and in the process making a storm cellar. we got it all dug out 12 feet by 13 feet and about 10 feet down. yeah its a big hole we finished up with that this weekend and pored the footers. which means i mixed and poured concrete sunday. and man i am soo freakin sore. in other news since i have been outside so much i have not been inside to do any of the things i need to get done on the nursery. i am still sanding the dry-wall half done with that. i am done with the ceiling it had that popcorn ceiling i don’t know if you know what it is but if you do i am sure you hate it just as much as i do. its that type of ceiling that has the speckled crap of bits of styrofoam and paint. so what i did i scraped the ceiling off and now it just looks like its a textured ceiling which makes it look a whole lot better. but i have maybe another nights work on it then i have to go back over some dry wall joints. Then a final sand after that it should be ready for some primer paint. but yeah there is so much going on right now i have not had much time to do any thing even post on my blog. what not even time for that!! well i am hoping things will start to slow down so i can start back to posting regularly.
